SVCD to DVD (I know its the wrong forum, sorry)

I didnt know where else to ask this as I didnt see a forum for VCD/SVCD to DVD.

As I said I'm trying to convert an svcd to dvd. Somehwhere like 3/4 down that page, it tells you to load a certain template in TMPGEnc. I figured that when I clicked load, I would just have to select if I wanted to make a dvd, svcd, or vcd. But instead, when I click on load, it basically asks me to select a file from anywhere on my hard drive. Now, I read through the guide twice and at no point does it tell you to save a template.

You find the templates in the tmpgenc folder under templates.
