Are there any stand-alone programs that will create a menu/title page similar to one built into Nero? For example, you can select an 8-thumbnail template, then type in a title, subtitle, background color, then for each thumbnail slot you can grab a frame from the corresponding mpeg and it will number them 1 through 8 for you. I'm using VCDEasy for my burning but it doesn't have such a function built in so I currently grab frames with VirtualDub and paste them manually into an image file with Paint Shop Pro. But centering the text and frames is all very time consuming.
