I also noticed a new reg settings on this page HERE

    DWORD: DVDDestSize Default: 4424
Size InstantCopy tries to reach for the destination medium in MB

    DWORD: DVDDestDisplaySize Default: 4424
Size InstantCopy uses to determine if the contents of the disc
fit or wont fit on a recordable disc in MB

    DWORD: DVDVideoSaveBorder Default: 2
Unsecurity in percent of the transcoding process
    [/B]
DVDVideoSaveBorder is interesting cos it looks like a black bar issue, trying it on Road To Perdition now

p.s. LOL "Phantom cell sets" fixed , like the quotes round Phantom Pinnacle, whatever gave you that idea?

still no fix on the sizing issue even after playing with the DVDVideoSaveBorder setting

increasing it resulted in a smaller size

early tests tho, so maybe someone will suss it or Pinnacle will explain what it means

the sizing is still the same old crap

so much for the better sizing results cos it still undersizes big style

most DVD'S will result in 4.2 if set to 4.56 with the old version, the trick is getting it to produce 4.37Gb and this latest version doesn't make it any easier even with the new reg settings

    shame, maybe next time

I always keep a 100meg free on the DVD to be safe.. so 4.2Gig is perfect for me (anyway not much difference) So I will still ask for 4.56gig files

does the encode is faster ? is yes how much ?

EDIT: Strange.. I try to install the Patch, and the setup tell me he can not find IC7 installed.. I reinstalled IC7, still have te same problem...
