hello recently i use my camcorder to record a video. The camcorder i get is a DVD-Ram camorder make by Hitachi DVD Video/Camera Recorder. The model number is DZ-MV350A(NTSC). I record some video from this camcorder. This camcorder can burn the video into a dvd-ram disc. the problem i am having is converting those video into mpeg format. once i convert the video to mpeg the audio kind of mess up. I wonder is there a way i can filter the audio and make the viedo have no sound and later i add some music into the video. Also what software is good for editing video.

You can use TMPGEnc. On the main program page, select your video as video input, and your music as audio input. Then select Start.
