I am having a problem burning MPEG (NTSC DVD 4.3) and/or .MOV files to Nero Vision 4. For some reason, the sound is distorted, with intermittent pops and crackles as if it is clipping throughout the recording. The audio on the .mov files is fine before being burned to Nero (I have no viewer for the MPEGs, but I'm pretty positive it's also an issue with Nero, and not the original files, which were converted from .flv using Moyea FLV Converter).

Well try turning down the audio level. Got to Edit and click the 'checkmark' icon (Properties) then move the Volume slider lower.

Gave that a try; unfortunately, it didn't work (and I brought the volume level down to almost zero). But thanks very much for the suggestion.

I was able to solve the problem in the case of the .flvs converted to .mpegs by setting the audio bit rate of the files to 128000 when converting them via the Moyea converter. Haven't solved the problem with the .movs, but a .mov to .mpeg converter may allow me to perform the same function on the .movs when converting them (this particular Moyea converter only converts .flvs).
