im trying to create an svcd from a dvd that has multiple streams on it..
eg episodes
there are four in total on the dvd but they are all seperate.
I want to create one cd for each couple of episodes...eg cd 1 will have episodes 1 and 2..cd 2 will have 3 and 4..
How do I go about joining the Vob files...or creating a menu and putting both episodes on the one cd?
each episode is 40mins ...
is it even possible to put 2 episodes on one cd? (while maintaingin quality?)

Ive ripped episodes and it would depend on the end filesize.
If you used VBR 2pass and used a calculator to figure out wut would make 2 fit on 1 cd, it may be possible. but i think thats for more like 20 min episodes. 40 mins i doubt you could fit 2(cut quality mostlikely but how much i dont know, may be OK).
Do you have each episode ripped as a vob file individual from the dvd?
or all 1 vob. or have you got this part done?
There are VOB tool programs that can separate vob sections but im not sure about joining...check them out. SVCDs u could put a menu up 1 enter for this episode, and 2 enter for the other episode. Its not interactive like a dvd but you can add thumbnails. -
