dvd2one problems

hello all,
after using dvd2one to backup me dvds, im now having problems with
the end file size.the video_ts folder is 4.39gig, but nero and prassi now
says the file is to big to fit on the media.ive already done a few backups
with no hassle,without messing around with settings , the problem has occured by itself.programmes im using: dvd2one 1.3 , nero and primo.
i think there was a post about this before,searched for ages , cant find nothing.
any help would be great thanks.

I start to have the same problem, but with less space !

I was setting to 4.28Gig before and was getting this size.. but lately, the file size was droping..

now I use 4.40gig to get a file of about 4.2gig... it was ok before but now file size is weird.. anyway still good result..
