Hi,
I've never used printable media but considering of giving them a try.
So how the surface of those looks like? Matte, glossy?
Which printer do you currently use to print on them?

Ok there! I use printable CD's all the time. I would say that they have a semi matte surfice, they are better printed with Ink Jet printers. I would say that Epsom printers are the Best for that job, not because I have got one but have seen what others do. I use an Epson 2100 and that is very good. If you want a printer that can do everything including Text and stuff I would say go for the Epson 950 as that does the same but is an A4 printer as well as a CD printer. Thermal printers are good as well but have limitations. My mate uses one for Wedding CD's and is good. You cannot go wrong with Epson printers, Inks are cheap, running cost are cheap. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!

I only use the Printable dvds...just to give you an idear of what to expect I scanned one of my printed dvds (sorry for the low qual, but the forum is limited to 50K pictures)...
This was done on a Epson 950 on Verbatim DVD-R pritable media...
Since the picture upload does not work...this post is pretty useless... -
Definitly go for EPSON. By the way I do DVD's as well and they are ACE.
