I'm having difficulty getting a particular XviD encoded TV show to play as an SVCD on a SONY DVP-NS415 DVD player. I've tried many things to get it to work but it just won't. My latest thought is a result of a warning message in VCDEasy.
VCDEasy reported "the maximum bitrate of your MPG file is 2520kbps. Some players have difficulty playing bitrates higher than 2400kbps. Do you want to continue?"
Naturally I tried redoing the encode with a max bitrate of 2400kbps but it still doesn't play properly. Does anyone know the limitations of the SONY NS415 in this regard?
