    Hello I`am like a little stupid Idiot!
    But i really need some help when i encode my divX Movies to svcd(pal)
    with tmpgenc Plus. Ok. But when i played it The Make some widescreen
    but Both way So i got a little Movie
    What sholud i do?

    Please post in the correct forum next time.

    When you encode VCD or SVCD in TMPGenc, make sure and set the aspect ratio to 4:3 on the video tab.

    On the advanced tab set the source aspect ratio to 1:1 if using a divx source and set the Video Arrange Method to Fullscreen (keep aspect ratio).

    When playing the SVCD you must NOT use windows media player. SVCDs are encoded at 480x480/576, which does not have a 4:3 aspect ratio, the player is supposed to read the 4:3 aspect ratio flag and stretch the image to that ratio, which makes it fill the screen accordingly. Media player does not read the aspect ratio flag, so the picture is not stretched properly. If you play SVCDs on your pc then use a software dvd player. The SVCDs should display properly on any svcd compatible hardware player.
