My Win2K driver is dated 1999, is there a newer one? Is it necessary to upgrade this driver. This is different from upgrading the Firmware which is now 1.3 and supports 2x burn and faster rip speed. The reason why I ask is that DvD Decryter sometime recognized the A05 and sometime not by complaining that a DVD-RW device not found. But DvD Rom function is always recognized. Does this sound like a Win2K driver problem? Any comments?
