  1. Im trying to rip this disc and dvd decryptor gives me the IO error message so I try smart ripper and the same thing it gets to 52% and then the error message. Just wondering if anyone has succesfully ripped this disc and if there is a solution to this problem.

    Thanxx in advance...............................

    @bni124

    your disc must be damaged then man....i'm sorry

    but if vstrip can't read it then it most surely has a physical defect

  6. When I rent DVDs, if they are not pristine then I run them under very warm water for 60 seconds then pat them dry on a clean towel (no sideways motion,up/down only). Clean!

  7. Sometimes, the odds are just against you man,
    occasionally, one just wont rip at all, or errors
    seems seem to replicate themselves, always
    try capturing w vdub, if you got a card....

    Lite-On's sometimes have trouble ripping especially with DVDDecrypter

    I had the same grief with Road To Perdition, nothing worked!

    to get it done I took out the DVD, reboot PC, insert DVD after it's booted up and rip without doing anything else and it worked

    If I stopped and tried ripping again it failed each time no matter what
