vcd playback controls

I'm trying to enter chapterpoints in each vcd so I can skip forward to a certain point in the movie, however my dvd player says that the Playback Control (PBC) must be off, and each VCD I burn has PBC enabled. How can I burn my VCD without the PBC enabled? I'm using Roxio CD & DVD Crator 6.

Not so sure but i would personnaly have a talk with your DVD player. I had the same problem and was able to put the PBC back on (by default) on my DVD player options...
