Can you play the divx files on your PC using Media player Power DVD or the like? Do they play OK?

If not, it sounds like a codec problem. Get Gspot from the Tools section and test your files. It will tell you the required codecs and if they are installed on your system. Get and install any required codecs.

  8. Sounds like a region problem to me, are you ntsc or pal. Make sure your file is encoded to the same format.

Does that fix your problem ?

  9. at least some1 found to help me ,anyway okay as i sadi before i had a film which was in divx and it was 2 part each of them were more than 1 hour so i decided to cut them to 3 vcd.
well i followed tutorial about TMPGEnc program which is in site so after hours finally i encoded them but 1 thing was strange to me and that was:
the original(which was in divx format)file had 2 different frame size because first cd was 29,..fps and second one 25,..fps so as you see first one is NTSC and other one PAL.
when i encoded them cds 1 and 2 is in NTSC and third is in PAL but as i mentioned just second cd worked fine.
    and i'm living in europe
