Problem with Ulead DVD MovieFactory 2

I am using it to author my DVD. In the past, I add an mpeg video to it then it will check if the video is compliant or not. If not, it will convert it before burning. It works well in the past. But now, out of a reason I don't know, the output video it converts has no sound.
I tried to reinstall the program, but still the same problem. Does anyone has similar exp? Is there something wrong with my Windows?

Does it have no sound when playing it from the MF2 preview menu?

Does the sound still work on videos you previously made when playing them in media player or other programs?

The raw video has sound when played in the MF2 preview window. Actually it has sound when I play it in any video software. But the converted file made by MF2 does not have sound in any software, not to mention the preview window of MF2. It seems MF2 has taken away the audio part.

When you are in the final preview where you can test play the movie, check the project setting to see if there is an audio format listed.
If it plays audio in the preview then the finished product show also have audio.

Actually the problem only happens to one of my computers. The other computer does not have this problem.

When I click the info of my raw mpeg file in MF2, the audio info shows 'none'. But when I play it in the preview window, there is sound. But after MF2 converts the file, the sound disappears.

I checked the Ulead forum, but there is nothing related to this. I may have to try the tech help, but I am not expecting much.

This is what teh audio format say on my MF2 project:
Audio data rate: 224 kbps
MPEG audio layer 2, 44.1 KHz, Stereo
