I'm curious to know what everyone thinks about the better CD/DVD printing method between inkjet or thermal. Please reply only if you actually have hands on expierence.

In my opinion (yes, I have seen samples of both so I'm qualified
) the thermal method is better than the inkjet method.
However, the thermal method is more expensive than the inkjet and is usually prohibitive to small users. -
Is it true that thermal printing is more versatile as far as CD/DVD media goes and can handle some non printable media?

I think I read that thermal can print in any disc that have a clear face, if it has bumps or grooves then there is a problem because the printing head need to touch the surface, or something like that.
There is monochrome printing that costs around 90 (black, silver, gold, blue I think) and inkjet printing at 199 with the epson stylus photo 900.
