Strangely after using the demo version of dvd2one I could playback 30min.dvds on my sony standalone but since using the authorized full version I can only play the movie on the mac. When I checked the burn I noticed that although most dvds are UDF formatted the one burned w/toast/dvd2one was mac os extended.Since I can't reuse the demo I can't find out why I could play from the demo and not the full version .
It does play fine from the mac w/chapters etc....but I get message from both my standalone players.....CANNOT PLAY!!!
Clues anyone?

What steps are you following to burn your disc?
Some people create a disc image first using the VIDEO_TS folder created by DVD2OneX (or other software) and then burn that to DVD.
Maybe my DVD player is more forgiving -- I don't ever go through the extra step of creating a disc image. Since you have Toast (right?) try this, if you haven't already used this method:
1) Open Toast, and select "DVD" from the "Other" drop-down menu.
2) Drag the folder that contains the VIDEO_TS folder into the Toast window. This means that you'll have a disk icon with the name of your folder/whatever you want to call your DVD (UPPERCASE_and_no_spaces), with a subfolder called VIDEO_TS which contains all your DVD files.
3) Remove any .DS_Store files that might have crept in there (Mac file hocus-pocus). Check the VIDEO_TS folder too.
4) Add a new folder on the same level as VIDEO_TS called AUDIO_TS.
-- CITIZEN_KANE
------ AUDIO_TS
------ VIDEO_TS
---------- video_ts.ifo, etc.
---------- vts_01_0.vob, etc.
Looks good? Burn. Enjoy. -
don't know if it was the spaces in the title or the .DS_files but fixing both has resulted in perfect copies .
