Creation Failed Message

I am following the "How to make a still pictures videoCD with menu" by Chivi. Once I've created the menu and moves all my jpg to folders as suggested; however, when I try use the Mpeg Stills page all I get is the following message:

E:\vcdnew\menu.m1v" creation failed. [moeggwenc] could not read YUV4MPEG2 header: system error (failed red/write);

I'm using VCDEasy 1.1.5 and Adobe Photoshop Essentials to create the menu.

I'm new to VCDEasy and hope I picked the right forum

Hi.

I am having a very similar problem. When I try to 'Generate' the mpeg file from my TIF image, I get the following error message: [mpeg2enc] 'Could not read YUV4MPEG2 header: system error (failed read/write)!' As I am new to this program, I am not sure where I am going wrong. Any suggestions?
