  1. I had a movie file that was a bin/cue format. I use isobuster to extract the mpeg2 video then I used aa program to join the 2 mpeg files I ended up with and I joined them into a Mpeg1 format to burn to VCD. I am now trying to burn via Nero however I have a couple of questions:

1.) where do I place the files within Nero. Do I place in title window pane or do I need to place in one of the VCD directories???????

2.) What if the file exceeds the 700MB size limit????

Please any help would be appreciated......

I am using Nero Ver 5.5.10

  2. 1 - start nero, select the video cd templete and press "new"
2 - drag the mpg into the bottom left corner of nero.

nero will check the mpg to see if it fits to the video cd standart

when its done, select "file" (top left corner) and "write cd"

you can put upto 800mb on a 700mb cd.
this is possible because the data on a vcd is writen in a different way
    then audio cd's (for example).

  6. you will have to split it to 2 cd's.

you can use tmpeg to do that.

VCDs can be 800mb and still fit on a 700mb disc. It is more like 80min=800mb. 700mb is just for data CDs.
I guess you just missed out on making it fit. Put each half of the mpeg onto 1 disc instead of joining them.

Had the original bin file been around 800mb and in a VCD/SVCD format then you could have opened Nero , selected File\Burn Image, then browsed for the cue file and burnt that directly.
