if i wanted to make a guide to help people, what software must i use to take frame shots of what im doing, e.g if you look at anybodies guides youll see they have frame shots of thing like v-dub, with circles and shit, whats the software that would help me do that...holla

Just hit the 'print screen' key on your keyboard (it's next to scroll lock and pause break).
Then just open up MS Paint (I assume you are using Windows?) and from the 'Edit' menu, select 'Paste'. Now just add all the circles etc you want. This can also be done in basically every other graphic editor program as well such as Photoshop, Gimp etc etc.
If you want to capture just the application window by itself then make sure it is the active window (the one at the front basically) and hold down 'Alt' whilst you hit 'Print Screen'.
