Hello everyone-I thought that for shrinking the size of a video, Bilinear resizing is the method to use, for enlarging, Bicubic resizing is the way to go. Is this correct? Does cropping and resizing in a program like Virtual Dub affect the quality of the processed file?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or opinions.

Personally speaking, I prefer Bilinear, it always seems to give better results.
