    Maybe they have always been like that.

    When I load the SVCD PAL VBR template in the wizard, under the Audio settings tab the bit rate is greyed out as 128kb/sec instead of 224. The CBR wizard has 224 audio.

    How can I change the wizard audio setting just for the PAL SVCD template?

    I may just have to load the CBR template then change it from CBR to VBR.

    mine did the same thing and to fix that problem load up the 'unlock' template and it will allow you to change that to 224 again.

    But the 128 only shows up when I load the a PAL SVCD with VBR in the project Wizard. A CBR PAL SVCD sets the audio to 224. When loading via the main window it also shos 224.
    Just VBR PAL SVCD in Wizard is 128
    I can't load the unlock template when in the wizard.
