I was converting a xvid film into svcd, using TMPGEnc, first I frame served it from virtual dub, the first cd was perfect the 2nd and 3rd had out of sync audio. So i split the audio from the file and started to make the svcd again but using the video and the new audio file as the sources. But when i played the finished files they see to like pause for just a fraction of a second, is this due to the Inverse Telecine being select? What does it?
Thanks for any replys.

From the glossary:
Inverse Telecine:
Inverse telecine (IVTC) is when a codec takes a 29.97 frames per second interlaced NTSC video that has gone through the telecine process and reconstructs the original 24 frames per second progressive FILM video.
