TMPGEnc - AVI to Mpeg but no sound?

Ok, here is the problem.

I have a few 100mb AVI files that I am encoding but I'm having a problem with two of them.

1. When the encoding process is finished there is no sound in the mpeg file when played - the source AVI files have sound. Does anyone know whats going on here?

2. The other weird thing is, I've encoded about ten of these files and they all end up about 240mb in size - but the above two with sound problems end up being about 740mb in size.

Any ideas?

I've had to re-install everything on my pc, and now I'm having the same problem I orignally did - I've gone back to the original linked you posted, but it doesn't exist anymore.

Can you post it again KingJohn, or the info to solves my problem..again?
