PCM and DD Audio Questions

I have just installed the Maudio DiO into my HTPC and have a few questions. I got the CD and DVD playback working finally. I also have the PCM audio working OK when capturing from my satellite. The problems is with DD. When I change to a satellite station that is outputing DD the audio only comes out of the center speaker. If I change my satellite audio setting to PCM it works fine. This occurs when I use Dscaler with the satellite and with the MyHD with OTA digital stations.

Any ideas what I can do about this?

Another problem is I have recorded several captures and the video is fine but the audio is very fast and funny sounding. The audio finishes a long time before the video.
