    Hi:

    I'm new at using mpegVCR. I took a two hour TV movie (MPEG2) and removed the commercials without exporting individual clips. When I was done, I recorded the clip and it went down to 1.5 hours. However, it took about 12 hours to record.

    Are there any settings I can try to make mpegVCR faster? TMPGEnc does it so much quicker...

    Cause TMPGEnc is better then MPEGVCR, and also MainConcept Encoder and
    alot of other encoders are alot better and more improved, why are you using
    that in specific ?

    I found mpegVCR easy to cut commercials out without exporting clip segments. I'll have to check out other programs...
