    Hey, i have half of my problem solved. mainconcept has to many bugs and makes my videos a bit to blurry so im thinking to go back to tmpeg for the best picture. I found out Ulead DVD Factory 2 cant handle any other frame rate besides 29.99, so my 23 fps vids were playing back choppy. TMPGEnc Plus makes my videos jerk every once and a while, which is what i have to get rid of, know a way or a specific setting or filter that makes it so jerky?

    the resulted mpeg2 that tmpgenc makes is playingback choppy in windows media player and in my standalone, what settings should i use to fix this?
