Hi
I want to convert a divx3 slow motion 328X287 to vcd , but I always get an error or the mpeg image turns blue/green
I´ve tried with TMPGENC PLUS latest version and VirtualDub latest version, but without success
I think the problem is with the 328/287, but I don´t know how I can resize the video
