I have known what Logitech is for over 10 years. I have used more than 20 Logitech mice myself.

What I'm saying is Logitec's not "generic" and you just can't say one's well-known and the other's not. As far as DVD writers are concerned, Logitec's one of the top brands in Asia where practically ALL DVD writers are made. Just because you yourself are ignorant of the brand does not necessarily mean it is new.

Damn, I thought this was from Logitech as well. I knew something was wrong but I couldn't figure it what it was out. I guess that makes me ignorant coz I've never heard of Logitec until now.

That is an NEC drive. I can tell by the Bezel and Drive label. Logitec just relabeled a drive.

Noted all those asian companys have to pay up to the big 7 dvd owners the guys who own the dvd copyright because lots of company in asia have been using their product without a liscense
