    Ok so I downloaded the upgrade for Nero and it seems to be alot different from the version I had. So does this thing Encode movies that need it ? cuz thats what it looks like and also say I want to make a SVCD does it just know that because the file I drop there is 480 x 480 ?

    What are your thoughts on this Nero do you like it better or what , it seems you cant change alot of the options like you couldon earlier versions

    The ans. to your first question is (yes) Nero will let you drag and drop your AVI files and it will encode them for you .
    As of the 21st. of this month according to Nero , SVCD's will have the same options .
    The MPEG 2 was to be released by the end of aug.
    but has been changed to the 21st of sept. again according
    to Nero .
