Apex AD-1100W won't play DVD-R Media-Lead Data/Princo

I have a APEX AD-1100W and for some reason i get a Disc Error evertyime i try to play a dvd-r movie using Lead Data and Princo brands.

I used Nero Express EOM 5.5.10.3 to burn and even have that high compatibility checked off in the properties for the dvd-rw drive!

Could Thie Be a problem Because of authoring software?

The same dvd-r media play in my SONY 5 disc DVD changer and my ps2 also my comp using powerdvd!!

Try burn with copytodvd or record now max.

I used recordnow max and the apex reads it just fine!!

So is it just that the nero express version EOM 5.5.10.3 had this problem with compatibility?

Does the ner version of nero express EOM 5.5.10.20 solve the problem?
This only happens with dvd video!!!

DVDit! PE works fine too. But it may still be the disc. Try to fast-forward.

Some version of Nero have had a problem. Update to the latest version. Also, be sure you burn DVD/ROM/UDF, no multisession and UDF version 1.02. That works on my Apex 1100W.

all i needed to do was upgrade to the newest version of nero!!!

With the up to dat version of nero the discs read fine on all apex's now!!!

So if anyone is having a similar problem then update your NERO NOW!!!!!!
