i dunt kno y this happens but the this one vcd i got from the net laggs ALOT and im confused cuz this apex plays other vcds fine. I kno its not the speed, cuz i burned 1 at x4 and 1 @ x16. So im baffled. COuld it be the cds......thats wat i thought, but SVCDS on the same brand play fine.

any suggestions on how to fix.
