I have an ATI TV@nywhere card, capturing in DVD format. My problem is, obviously, the file size. Any cap's over 1 Hr. 20 Min., creates a second (3rd.) file, which is all and good. I can watch the movie start to finish in MSIPVS. TMPGEnc will allow me to trim the 1st. part, but the second (3rd.) part, I get a mess. saying there's no video, and closes. I reformated my D drive to NTFS, and converted my C Drive also to NTFS. Still the 4.1 Gb barrier. I created a new template to DVD, only changing the file split size from 4,063 to 8,000 Mb. Still splits at 4.1 Gb.
Someone must have a suggestion or solution.

I have the same card and same problem. Just capture all files seperate. The program that comes with the card will only cap 4 gig.
Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side. -
Its probably the program itself. Its to protect you, becuase some operating systems have issues with handling big files. You can probably change the size in your registry.
