I just downloaded a couple of already made VCDs they were in a bin format, and when I extracted them I try opening the AVSEQ01 file as to see if the movie is ok. But when I opened the movie I can see that the movie is running but I only see black screen and hear scratches. All of the movies that I downloaded have the exact same problem. I never really downloaded any previosly made VCDs, because I usually make them myself from scratch and I have no problems playing them in WinDVD afterwards.

Download a program called DAEMON TOOLS.
This will mean you can mount your bin/cue on a virtual CD drive.
You will then be able to play them as a VCD like it was in your CD drive.
It's easy to use.
All you do is choose "mount image" and direct it to the cue for that image.
And then direct WinDVD to the virtual CD drive which will normally be in explorer as the last letter e.g. (E).
Easy peezy.
