I'm getting random pause/freezes during playback on certain movies when transcoded with DVD2one. This seems to have started when version 1.10 came out, before this version I never had any problems with the program. The funny this is it only affects my Pioneer players (dv-c36, 525) and not my crappy little awia player. I setup a little test matrix to see if it was the media, program, or even my system.

Movie: U-571
Media: Verbatim, Fujifilm, TDK
Type: DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R
Recorder: Sony DRU-500A in external enclosure
Transcoder: DVD2one 1.03, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, DVDShrink 1.03, Instant Copy 7.02

Systems: Athlon XP 2000+ 768MB Ram, Dual MP 1800+ 2 gig Ram

U-571 has a predicatble pause at 18:46 when transcoded with dvd2one 1.10 or higher, regardless of the media, type, and system. Dvdshrink and ICopy play perfectly. I ran the full test matrix on both systems and dvd2one has the pause on playback at exactly 18:46 everytime. Anyone have any idea what dvd2one is doing in the transcode, and why are only my pioneer dvd players affected. The little awia player chugs right through the error. For now I'm resigned to using DVDShrink, which is a great little program, but I wish it used the full dvd. Ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Keep in mind that using the awia instead of the Pioneer Elite dv-c36 is out of the question. I have a moral objection of replacing a $400 dvd changer with a $80 portable.
