it's currently a problematic disc. Wait a day or two. DVDFab Decrypter usually comes up with the solution.

as I posted on the other thread, it still doesn't work.

sometimes the search doesn't work, that's why.

After a couple of hours of trying all the methods mentioned and nothing working I was finally able to get this to work using a Beta version of AnyDVD (v6.1.1.0).
I used this beta of AnyDVD version in conjunction with CloneDVD, it worked perfectly.
If anyone is interested in trying this, below are some links to the Beta version (it's a 21 day free trial).
I don't believe this is warez, since it's is still a trial version like they offer on their website.

The method coltsfannm posted worked like a charm for me. I have the Saw 3 unrated version -- the DVD Volume Label of Saw_3_Unrated Grain was talking about.
When Decrypter was 99% done I got all kinds of pop-up error messages. I have no idea what they meant. I just kept hitting "OK" until they were gone. Then Shrink opened up and I re-authored creating a file with only the movie. No menus or features or any of that crap. Doing that I got about an 89% compression rate. That's plenty good enough for me. As long as I get above 60% I'm happy.
As long as you follow those directions exactly (and make sure you have the specified versions of the software) you shouldn't have a problem. -
All these 'SAW 3' posts might as well be in the same forum since they appear to be DVD to DVDR. Moving you.

Noah, I don't recall. Maybe there was a 2 channel audio option I left on?
Also, while they don't take up a huge amount of space, I always leave the subtitles on.
I'm not sure man. Now I am wondering myself.
