    I am quite comfortable with Vegas 6 for regular video editing but would like to get to know some of its advanced features.

    Are there any good tutorial sites out there that would take me that step further,
    eg: composite video, chroma key, etc etc.

    Any ideas?

    Try the VASST website. http://www.vasst.com/. While they sell training DVDs, there is also a section under Free Resources that you might consider specifically for Vegas. Good luck.
