Ripped the original to HD using decrypter with no problems. When I try to backup with Shrink 3.2, specifically when shrink moves to encode almost instantly, I get the following error.....
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Programming error- exception occured, the parameter is incorrect.
Also tried a backup from the original disc using anydvd, and shrink.
Shrink hangs when it starts the encode process, making no progress, and I have to ctrl-alt-del to shut shrink down.
I have recently installed a Pioneer DVR-108 with firmware 1.14, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but the drive is less than a week old, and I've only burnt maybe 2 or 3 dvds so far, but no troubles until now.
Thanks for any help

Doh, sorry for the 2nd post on the same topic(hits his head on the wall), guess I'll try the older shrink and see if that works.....

Just an FYI, re-installed shrink3.17 and so far I'm 4percent into the encoding process, looks like this should work. I'll post if I complete the burn without errors.
