  1. Ripped the original to HD using decrypter with no problems. When I try to backup with Shrink 3.2, specifically when shrink moves to encode almost instantly, I get the following error.....

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Programming error- exception occured, the parameter is incorrect.

Also tried a backup from the original disc using anydvd, and shrink.
Shrink hangs when it starts the encode process, making no progress, and I have to ctrl-alt-del to shut shrink down.

I have recently installed a Pioneer DVR-108 with firmware 1.14, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but the drive is less than a week old, and I've only burnt maybe 2 or 3 dvds so far, but no troubles until now.

    Thanks for any help

  3. Just an FYI, re-installed shrink3.17 and so far I'm 4percent into the encoding process, looks like this should work. I'll post if I complete the burn without errors.
