    File>Open Video>Tools>Adjust Audio Synchronization>Save As

Those are the steps I followed. Now I can get the sync down no problem, but once I save the file it's out of sync like it's original file again. I tried Save As and it asks me "There are no cuts defined. Do you wish to re-mux the entire input file?" I have no choice but to say yes if I want to save otherwise it won't do anything.

I have VRD and have been using it for a few years, unfortunately I have not used it for audio sync. I suggest you go to the VRD forum, the tech support folks from VRD are great! they usually get back to you within a few hours.

Nothing works. I went to their forum and did a search and someone suggested updating to the latest version. I updated to the june update and still not working. I'm beginning to think I'm doing something wrong, but what?

sync problems can be caused by either vbr audio, badly done pal to ntsc conversions, or ignored audio delay. sometimes rewriting the gop timecodes can fix the sync if it varies progressively form a format conversion, but it's a long shot. other than that if it's a missed constant audio delay you need to demux and remux the mpeg with the proper delay within an authoring program. if it was a vbr audio source then you're just sh** out of luck.

openfile>tools>Adjust Audio Synchronization, a window opens witha slider, now play your video in videoredoplus and move the slider as they are talking and you can advance or retard the audio till it si in sync with the video, once your happy with the resync go to tools>quicksteram fix, state your output stream file, then press start quick fix, you should have then a video thats in sync with the audio....Hopr this helps

I did exactly what you said word for word and it still out of sync. I mean, once I set the setting, you can see the video thats playing in Videoredo is in sync. Once I go into quickstream fix, or even just sxave as, the final output file is out of sync again. Is this DVD just jacked up to the point of no repair?

It could be, because i had the same prob a couple of days ago i rencoded Napolean Dynamite that i had ripped and when i re encoded it, the audio was out. I used VideoReDo the same way i explained and it worked.
