Is there anyway to convert .mkv files like the ones that were referenced above with 2 audio tracks into .mp4 or .Mov and still keep the secondary audio/sub so i can play it on my Ipod?(mac)

i have, and it does wonders on converting it but it keeps only the default audio track

You probably have to specify the 2nd audio in the audio options tab (it's set to none as default)Originally Posted by jerbear10

Subtitles are off by default too... try enabling them in the subtitles tab (it's right under the audio LOL, I don't know how you missed it) ..Originally Posted by jerbear10

You can hardcode them using windows programs like avisynth. Not sure how to do on a mac...

Not sure if it will work, but you could try avidemux which is crossplatform. It has an ipod preset, and you can specify 2 audio tracks, and it has hardsub filters for srt/ass/ssa. You may have to demux the subs first from the mkv
