Capturing Xbox 360 With a Aver Media Express Card

Hi,

I purchased a AVerMedia Hybrid NanoExpress and it didnt come with anything to connect to either my tv, cable box or xbox360.

I have everything setup that came with it which is RF Cable to the antenna, to the express card, and also the 2 in 1 S-Video/Composite cable to the express card. And I know I need to use that 2 in 1 cable to get something off my 360, but not sure how and I dont know which one to use (s-video or composite). I need proably like a 4-6ft cable.

So what I am asking, is which cable I need? Where do I connect it to (tv/360/cable box?) Any anything else I need to know?
