    I have Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. I also have a Canon Optura 60 miniDV video camera.

    I've been experimenting with different settings and so far this is the best results I've got but it is not perfectly clear. If any of you have a setting that gives you a crisp and clear video, post it here.

    File > Export > Adobe Media Encoder
