I was wondering how I should export my final videos so that I can upload them to my website, or youtube? Does anyone here now how to do it when using a Mac and FCPS2? I would be very thankful.

follow this tutorial, I have and have had good success with it:
    Joseph Nilo's Youtube Tutorial.
You can also, if you wan to just use Compressor, and not VisualHub,
take a look at Brian's article here.

I was looking for more of a "how do I save the file" so that it uploads type of answer.
That link was more about how to make it look good on youtube.

I basicly want to add video to my website and don't now how to save it
so that my webmaster can upload it without having to have FCP.

Um, Joseph Nilo's tutorial told you that.
He uses FCP exclusively, and that's why I recommended it.

I know you don't like to read, James, but surely I thought you'd watch the video..?

    1. You follow the steps as listed in either tutorial to get it down to
    426 x 240 in size (WS) or 416 x 240 (FS).

    2. You encode the file to a Quicktime Movie
(using Compressor and the Photo Jpeg setting)
or following Nilo's tutorial, you export the FCP timeline to QT Movie,
and use Visual Hub to encode to flash.

    3. You go to Youtube, and you upload your file: either Compressor's
movie file, or VisualHub's Flash file.

    4. You send out your link that Youtube generates to your friends.

if you have your own personal website, then you take the link
that Youtube gives you, and you put it in your webpage.
Either via Html Editor, such as iWeb, or DREAMWEAVER, or ???
Since you have a website guy, he can take the Youtube
snippet and embed it for you.

    Thanks.
I don't want to showcase a youtube video on my site. I want perfect quality
to show the HD as best as possible. The youtube is for my MySpace.

Ok, so you have the basic steps now to get the video on your website.
Your just going to tweak steps 2-4 as follows:

    2. Encode the Quicktime video in Compressor using Mp4 with H.264
    as the codec.

    3. once done give the video file ( .mp4) to your webguy.

    4. Your webguy will then use a string of html similar to this one
to embed the video into your website.
