Help to understand how download and decrypt DRM videos.

Hello everyone, I tried reading various posts here but I couldn't figure out how to solve my problem.

Could you explain to me in a clear and detailed way, if possible, since I am not particularly expert, how can I correctly download videos of this type, which yt-dlp reports to me as protected by DRM?
