I am trying to download DRM video from a registration required website. I tried using Video DownloadHelper firefox extension but the video it saved is all jumbled picture and no sound. Anybody can help. I am totally new and illiterate in these matters.

Will it be possible on a windows 10 computer?

I gave you posts out there that are way more detailed than whatever I could ever explain on my own. If you are that computer illiterate then you can post here your 10 video URLs (not MPDs, those are useless without additional information) and maybe someone will download them for you. The registration to that site is free and you can use a random free virtual phone number.
