Where to start from? token+?

I just found this site, but i can't find more info about each step.
For example i can enter in my movistar account and on network source code tab i can get my token and the mpd of the channel i get in my account, but i cannot get another mpd, and in the threads people speak about the PSSH but what file should i see? the ping? the manifest?

you can find pssh in your mpd
download your mpd and open itu with notepad / notepad++
