Hello everyone, I was reading this thread and I used tsMuxerGUI - it works very well but strangely, it doesn't allow me to add multiple files at once to the "Input files".
I have 100 MKV files and I have to manually add each file, and that's not really a batch conversion.
Is there any way to add multiple files at once in tsMuxerGUI? Or is there any other program that can batch extract audio from MKV files?

Use mkvcleaver, you will need to install MKVToolNix to use that.

I do have python program to extract audio from mkv files, this internally uses mkvtoolnix. Do you want that? it can work on dir recursively.
btw, which audio format is in those mkv files? -
You can use TAudioConverter, load files, select/highlight all files, select copy audio, select output folder, done
