Do you have some reason to believe that an "iphone user-agent" returns a different key?

As I said before (here), it seems that other header values are needed in order to obtain the correct length key (or any key at all).

However, even when the correct key is obtained, it appears that the key can't be used directly with ffmpeg, or any other standard hls utility.

The player software on this site uses the key as an input that it further manipulates before using it to decrypt the video.

If this assessment is correct, some sort of plugin (or other code), that does the same thing as the player to the key, will be required to download the hls video. Youtube-dl, streamlink, or tubedigger could add this code.

But you are probably wasting your time trying to get ffmpeg to work for this.

i do tests since nothing is certain!
