3. Open link in New Tab
4. Open with notepad and find a link to en.tt
5. Download this file
6. Convert XML to SRT

opened in the browser (firefox and google chrome) only as a large text file (that had subtitles embedded in the text). I highlighted the whole text file, copy and saved in new Notepad as a xml file. Then I used online xml to srt converter:
https://gotranscript.com/subtitle-converter
which converted/downloaded the proper srt file.

-How are you?
-I'm fine.
It displays like:
-I'm fine.
-How are you?

So the above sentence is under. And the player( VLC) is not the problem I think because I tried it on other video players and it is the same problem. Can you help me please?

I am in chrome and with vpn .. but it must be the same in Firefox

1 - F12
2 - filter: .tt
3 - open in new tab
4 - in the new tab .. save as .xml
5 - open in SubtitleEdit ..
6 - Save as .srt
