    When I load up the ISOs the episodes wont show in any editor that I try, they only show two chapters except for handbrake. I have tried to extract by chapter in dvdecryptor but it only extracts two as well.
    I need to have them extracted so I can edit them before encoding them with handbrake.

    I tried that. Only gives two episodes out of like twenty.

    Try MakeMKV - if each episode is a title MKV should do it
